Peniel Medical Missions (PMM) is a non-governmental, non-partisan and
non-profit making organization situated and currently operating in
Tanzania with the major objective of facilitating people living in
remote and underprivileged communities to enjoy access to quality health
care by strengthening local health systems. We do this through health
services delivery, promotion of health seeking behaviors and healthy
lifestyles, health workforce capacity strengthening and promotion of
volunteerism among medical professionals, and enhancement of health
system financing.

We envision seeing a world in which people living in remote and
underprivileged communities have access to quality health care so as to
trim down health inequalities in the society
Mission
We exist to facilitate increased availability, affordability and
acceptability of quality health care for people living in remote and
deprived communities by improving the functionality of local health
systems, through health services delivery, enhancement of health system
financing, promotion of health seeking behaviors and healthy lifestyles,
health workforce capacity strengthening and promotion of volunteerism
among medical professionals.
