"... Thus says the LORD to you... You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves..." (2 Chron. 20, NKJV).
Wow! One of the greatest challenges we face in life is to come down to the reality that there are some battles that are not worth fighting. The difficulty here is to discern which ones are these. However, God's Word inspires us of the secret, "Position yourself". If we align ourselves with Christ, God's Spirit will give us wisdom and knowledge to discern the right course of action for whatever situation that confronts us, and by His grace we will save much time and resources that would otherwise be wasted if not even ruining our own lives with worthless fightings.
Prayer:
Our Heavenly Father, help us by your Holy Spirit to realign with your divine purpose in our lives, and grant us your wisdom and understanding to follow the way we should walk being divinely guided by You, so that at the end we will confess just like Paul your servant that, "We have fought the good fight of faith, we have finished the race, and have kept the faith" (2 Tim.4:7).
