Miaka 10 ya Mavuno!!
Askofu Mkuu wa Tanzania Assemblies of God (TAG) Rev. Dr Barnabas Mtokambali, amewataka vijana wa TAG na washirika wote wa TAG kwa ujumla kuwa na shauku kuu kwa ajili ya mavuno. Akizungumza kwenye ufunguzi wa Mkutano Mkuu wa siku tatu wa CAs ulioanza 19 Ogasti 2015 katika chuo cha Biblia cha CBC Dodoma, Askofu alisema mwamini wa kweli ni lazima awe na shauku ile ile aliyonayo Bwana wa mavuno ambayo ni kuyavuna mavuno toka shambani na kuyaleta ghalani.
Askofu Mkuu hakuficha hisia zake juu ya kuivuna Tanzania kwa Yesu pale aliposema "anawaza mavuno, analala mavuno, anaamka mavuno, anatembea mavuno, yote ni juu ya mavuno na ndivyo wote tunavyopaswa kuwa".
Aliongeza kwamba mtu yeyote mwenye uhusiano mzuri na Kristo ni lazima ajihusishe na mavuno ambayo ni wazi yamekwishaiva na kuwa tayari kuvunwa.
[The Arch Bishop of The Tanzania Assemblies of God (TAG) Rev. Dr Barnabas Mtokambali, has urged all members of TAG, and youth in particular to have a great passion for great harvest. Speaking in the opening of a three days General Conference of the TAG's Youth department - Christ's Ambassadors (CAs), the Arch Bishop said a true believer of Christ must be consumed by the same passion that the Lord of harvest has which is bringing the harvest from the field.
The Arch Bishop could not hide his emotions about winning Tanzania for Jesus when he said "he thinks harvest, he sleeps harvest, he wakes-up harvest, he walks harvest, it is all about harvest and so should all the TAG youth and TAG members at large"
