I use to be a very conservative person, less of a spoken person But through the program, with an encouraging atmosphere to speak out ones ideas and to be confident. I can say

4)It had introduced me to the reality of the working environment, in preparation in searching for a job and how to ensure that one gets the job. This was possible through training on cover letter writing , Cv writing, interview skills as well as useful etiquettes in the business world.
