Career fair is an annual event organized by
AIESEC in Tanzania
which seeks to bring employers ( companies) and prospect employees(
students) together through informal but interactive gathering.

Through
this event a large number of companies are brought together in one
location where students gets to explore their career options, get to
know market-relevant skills and competences in the increasing
competitive globalized world. The event includes skills workshops, CV
writing competition, speed interviews , Mock interviews and exhibitions.
For
over 15 years now AIESEC in Tanzania has been conducting this event
and it has always been a huge success in getting young people an
opportunity to interact with corporate world , get to know what kind of
profile people they need , recruitment timelines and requirements ,
different engagement points and well understanding of their brands. We
are so happy to be part of this impact creation and each year we seek to
develop more.
